Welcoming youth for over 65 years, 585 Rideau Squadron has a history of developing youth into leaders and providing the basic knowledge, skills, and abilities that have led to numerous alumni with careers in aviation as pilots, airport operations personnel, and aviation technicians.

585 Air Cadets offers a wide range of opportunities to grow in areas such as Leadership, Aviation, Band, Drill, Survival, Fitness & Sports, Biathlon, Range Training and Effective Speaking.
