City Council has approved 72 Amroth Avenue to be part of the City of Toronto’s Expanding Housing Options in Neighbourhoods (EHON) Beaches-East York (BEY) Pilot Project. The EHON initiative is intended to expand opportunities for missing middle housing forms, providing more diverse housing options in residential neighbourhoods in an effort to meet the needs of current and future residents. CreateTO and City Planning are working together to advance City-initiated Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments to permit missing middle housing at 72 Amroth Avenue. Project team members will be “popping up” in the community to share information and answer questions about the project. The community pop-up is an opportunity for the community to see some preliminary design concepts. We hope to see you there!
