About ADDICTION SERVICES OF THAMES VALLEY FOUNDATION
Addiction Service of Thames Valley helps individuals and families deal with the challenges of drug, alcohol and gambling addicitions.We believe that people with substance abuse or gambling problems can learn to manage their addictions and lead fulfilling lives. Our vision is to build a community that is free from the impact of addictions. We respect diversity and support all clients, regardless of where they are in the change process. We embrace all treatment goals,including abstinence and harm reduction. Our commitment is to provide quality services that respond to the unique needs of the individual and the diverse needs of the community. Our services range from assessment to treatment planning to referrals to relapse prevention. We offer specialized support groups, including programs for youth, older adults, pregnant women and family members. ADSTV is funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. We offer services in London, Middlesex, Elgin and Oxford counties.
