Description
With Black Frequency, Monique Armstrong creates an interactive exhibit that aims to recognize and amplify the voices of Black individuals and communities throughout Canada influenced by the medium of film. In this exhibit, Monique, founder of B. Emerging Creatives, curates a diverse range of photography, film, visual art and music that engages visitors of all ages and backgrounds. Through a combination of storytelling, art and sound this exhibit becomes a dynamic and immersive experience focusing on themes surrounding Black history, inclusion, and progress through the perspective of a first generation Canadian.
