Bruce Peninsula Hospice is a non-profit, charitable organization serving Tobermory, Lion’s Head, Wiarton, Sauble Beach, and surrounding rural areas. Our screened, trained and experienced volunteers provide compassionate in-home care for individuals and their families experiencing life limiting illness. We provide 1:1 and group Bereavement support for people who have experienced the death of someone close to them. Our In-Home Hospice and Grief and Bereavement Programs are accredited by Hospice Palliative Care Ontario.
