Citizens for the Advancement of Community Development (CACD) is a Registered Charitable Organization dedicated to transforming the lives of at-risk youth between the ages of 11-25. Since 2002, we have been transforming communities through our unique programming that empowers youth to develop the skills necessary to thrive as active, self-sufficient members in the Region of Peel.
