The Cochrane Temiskaming Resource Centre (CTRC) is a non-profit organization with status as a registered charity. CTRC was established in 1976 with our mission to support individuals with a developmental disability and their families across their lifespan. We offer valuable residential and community participation programs in Timmins, along with comprehensive clinical supports throughout the Districts of Cochrane and Temiskaming, including the James Bay coast.
