We are a media organization producing TV news, educational and recreation programs in International Sign for Deaf viewers through two primary platforms: H3 World TV (global), and Deaf Dots (Canada).
H3 World TV is the only media organization in the world that produces programming exclusively in International Sign.
DeafDots is the first news media service reporting on "Alerts & News" targeted at Deaf Canadians. 
Our organization relies solely on contributions and donations from foundations, corporate funders, and individual donors.
