Our Mission
GlobalMedic provides humanitarian assistance to those affected by natural disasters and to refugees and persons displaced by conflict. We empower the communities we serve by providing immediate aid, training and support. GlobalMedic strives to deliver the maximum amount of aid with the minimum operating cost.
About Us
The David McAntony Gibson Foundation, which operates as GlobalMedic, has been a registered Canadian charity since 2002. 
GlobalMedic is often the first team to get critical interventions to people in life-threatening situations following a disaster or fleeing conflict. We achieve this through our Emergency Programs and our internationally deployable Rapid Response Team that is made up of professional rescuers including paramedics, police officers, and firefighters who volunteer their time and skill set.
Our Emergency Programs include: Water, Food, RescUAV, Flood Response, Medical, and Shelter. All programs have a range of components, and all are highly scalable to the size of the crisis. The programs are also modular, meaning that we can activate as many or as few as needed, in whatever combination the situation demands. 
Your donation can help us provide clean water to a family affected by an earthquake in Nepal, or culturally appropriate emergency meals to Syrians displaced by the war. No matter the situation, GlobalMedic will strive to provide the Right Aid to the Right People at the Right Time.Read more
