What is HOTT?
HOTT is a non-profit alternative housing organization based in Toronto. Our organization is committed to developing and maintaining quality, affordable rental housing. We currently operate twelve properties and provide supports to meet the diverse needs of our tenants. Many of our residents have previously been homeless and have struggled with various personal challenges, including physical and mental health issues, addictions, and trauma.
HOTT’s model is founded on respect, relationship building, and a desire to meet the challenges of providing quality, affordable housing for our vulnerable tenants. HOTT is a responsible and ambitious organization, rising to the needs of our community through meaningful and reliable support programs.
