TiE Toronto will host an Entrepreneur Mixer, a monthly networking and pitching event for Toronto’s entrepreneur ecosystem. Held every second Wednesday of every month, Open Mic Night will provide a platform for founders to connect with peers, meet investors, venture capitalists and industry leaders, amplifying both their networks and business ventures. It will be a night where the veterans and the young guns of the Toronto start-up ecosystem get to catch up, network and get to know each other better in person. All you need is the passion to deliver a compelling 90-second elevator pitch in front of an audience comprising angel investors, venture capitalists, start-up-focused service providers, mentors, and a robust community of accomplished entrepreneurs. Each participant is granted 90 seconds at the microphone to introduce themselves, pitch their business, or initiate relevant discussion points.
