SAVIS of Halton continues to provide counselling and programming to reduce and end violence in the Region of Halton. SAVIS services include free crisis, short term, and long term counselling for all survivors of violence (female, male and members of the transgender community ages 14+) including childhood trauma. We offer 24-Hr crisis/support, advocacy, referrals and information; accompaniments to hospital, court, and police; an elder abuse awareness program; extensive public education programs for schools, agencies, groups, and businesses.
