Description
The South Porcupine Food Bank has been serving area residents for over 30 years, since 1987. Open two days a week, the food bank provides free groceries and hygiene items to people in need or in crisis. Clients are provided with approximately 5-7 days worth of groceries per month. It is operated solely by 30 volunteers who sort, stock the shelves, pack food, and serve clients.
