The purpose of The Friends of Frontenac Park is to:

To develop and promote programs and materials which will enhance the public’s awareness, education and appreciation of the natural environment, and human history of Frontenac Park.
To work co-operatively with the Ministry of Natural Resources in the development and implementation of policies which support the special natural qualities of Frontenac Park.
To undertake activities appropriate to protect and enhance the natural qualities of Frontenac Park.
