Description
Turtles are the most imperilled group of animals in Toronto and arguably the world. Join Jenny Davis, Turtle Protectors co-founder to learn how to identify the most common turtles living in the city, where to best spot them and why they matter through a presentation and hands-on activities. Special guests from the Toronto Wildlife Centre, Victoria Badham, Education & Outreach Manager and Hot Dog, Snapping Turtle Ambassador will join the program to story the importance of leaving turtles in the wild in Toronto and beyond. This is a great opportunity to learn about turtle from turtle! To register or for more information please visit the branch or call the phone number below.
