A community-focused 'ecstatic dance' movement therapy session for people of all walks of life to come together and celebrate our bodies through freedom of expression. Ecstatic dance is often a somatic healing journey and cathartic release of stagnant energy and a powerful method to contain and cultivate energy within yourself. Assisted and guided by the intentional music and sounds of the resident DJ of the night. 'Church of Dance' is medicine for the soul.
