Description

Suicide is the leading health-related cause of death for young people. That is unacceptable.
Jack.org is a charity that trains and empowers young leaders who are revolutionizing mental health. Through Jack Talks, Jack Chapters and Jack Summits, young leaders identify and break down barriers to positive mental health in their communities. Jack.org is working towards a Canada where all young people:

are comfortable talking about mental health,
prioritize their own mental health,
are informed and equipped to take care of themselves and look out for their peers,
receive the community support or professional help they deserve.

With a national network of 2800 young leaders across every province and territory in Canada, we’re only just getting started.
