At Runnymede we offer a warm welcome to everyone. Whether you have attended church in the past and are returning, would like to try somewhere new or have never been to church and are curious, we welcome you to stop by. There are no expectations and no commitment.

In these chaotic times pausing to be thankful for the many gifts each of us has received can centre our lives and refresh our spirits. The church is deep in tradition, but at Runnymede we strive to embrace Christianity. We believe in a progressive approach to faith, honouring reason and intellect in interpreting scripture for our modern lives. We don’t pretend to have the answers. Our minister, Rev. Dan West, often says “We live in the question.” Dan’s sermons are enlightening, funny and aimed at the modern Christian. At Runnymede we provide a weekly children’s message; a supervised nursery for preschoolers; Sunday school; picnics; games nights and opportunities for drama and singing. Children are encouraged to be active participants in learning about Christ and the importance of being Christ-like by helping and loving others as morally conscious youth. Kids will also share some laughs and make some great friends along the way and so will their parents!Read more
