Description
The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award was founded by His Royal Highness The Prince Philip Duke of Edinburgh, to encourage personal development and community involvement for young people.
Anyone between the ages of 14-24 can pursue the Award. Participants complete The Award by achieving personally established goals in four areas:
Community Service Skill Development Physical Recreation Adventurous Journey
The Program has three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold.
The Award results in thousands of young people every year becoming well-rounded leaders that are empowered through learning new skills and reaching new heights of personal achievement.
