This year's "A Tribute to You" theme honours outstanding Black community and allies contributors. The RBC Black Diamond Ball, a hallmark event, unites leaders, allies, and advocates committed to positive change. This 9th celebration introduces the 10th anniversary and an exciting shift for 2024. We host over 1000 guests and spotlight 25 exceptional community inspirations, including dedicated youth, driving Black community progress—our messaging champions inspiration, innovation, and actionable growth, resonating through our social campaign and programming.
