Join Scarborough Museum and Tammaro ART/Design in creating space and time to honour all Ancestors through a communal event entitled~ Honouring our Ancestors; Feast and Ceremony Facilitated by Wyandot multimedia artist Catherine Tammaro, seated FaithKeeper from the Wyandot of Anderdon Nation/Wendat Confederacy. Guests are invited to share food, presentations, and teachings which honour the interconnectedness and interdependence of all beings in the Natural World, both human and non-human; seen and unseen. Our ceremony will intertwine practices of healing the Earth and the beings which inhabit it. Feel free to bring a framed photograph which honours the Ancestral present* (a photo of a beloved Ancestor).
